The 20th Anniversary ....Miata World 2 Event 2009

Hello Midwest Mazda  Enthusiasts!  Big news to share with you today! A group of  Texas Miata clubs have joined forces and experiences to host the 2009 "Miata World 2" event! Guess they do big things in Texas and this  one is going to be HUGE!

The  20 Anniversary Event is on track and it is a GO!  


It  is a go for the event to be planned for Memorial Day Weekend, 2009. Right now  with Monday being a Holiday, the thinking is that we will plan the event from  Friday evening (early registration) through Monday (drive home day).    

Mazda  will use a lot of the enthusiast support budget allocation during '09 that  would go to local clubs to help fund the banquet dinner. This may not please  everyone but Mazda does have a finite limit on what they can spend each year and  this is special. On the other hand, it will help fund the greatest event  ever!   MotorSports  will be involved but no details yet.
